Participation Agreements

INTENTION: Building trust while being in a learning community together.

This program is live and interactive with the program leaders and participants. There is an expectation of participation in all sessions, to the best of your ability:

Zoom sessions: on-screen
Summit (in Minnesota): Summit costs are part of your tuition. We request your in-person participation, if possible.

All sessions are a blend of group interaction in large and small-group time.

Session content includes experiential exercises and utilizes assigned individual reading and reflection.

All materials and archived sessions are proprietary to CPL and confidential for use within the Faculty and participants only.
Some materials are available for outside use, with attribution to Center for Purposeful Leadership and Whole Person Leadership for Women.

Cancellation Policy:
Refunds will be made if requested in writing 20 days prior to the program start date.

No refunds will be made for requests received after the 20-day cutoff.
