Welcome to the 11-Session Mastering Convening program! In partnership, we will explore the application of the Art of Convening™ and the Convening Wheel within your specific leadership, work, and life settings. Craig Neal, lead Author of The Art of Convening, and Kim Lee, an ICF-certified coach (PCC), will guide you through the process of mastering team and group convening and coaching skills, helping you create safe, inclusive, and engaging spaces for dialogue and collaboration.

A Mastering Convening Certification of Completion
All sessions recorded for archival use
Provide a safe space for conveners to get to their own “heart of the matter” as it relates to convening, by reflecting on their convening goals, abilities and impact.
Increase self-awareness of one’s identity as a convener, including the ability to identify blind spots.
Deepen insights into the dynamics among the convener, the participants in groups, and organizational or community systems.
Expand the capacity for experimentation with alternative convening strategies.
For coaches, we will enhance the ability to demonstrate Core Competencies such as Embodies a Coaching Mindset, Cultivates Trust and Safety, and Maintains Presence.

In keeping with our vision: A just, inclusive, and interconnected world — a world that works for all, we have designed a “tiered tuition” (sliding scale) model that empowers individuals to pay at a level that is authentic and appropriate to their current circumstances. We offer a group registration rate for 3 (or more) individuals registering together. We also provide tuition assistance options: including a no-interest payment plan and a limited number of scholarships.

Craig Neal, originator of the Art of Convening Trainings & co-author of The Art of Convening: Authentic Engagement in Meetings, Gatherings, and Conversations, will guide as Mentor of the program.
Kim Kristenson-Lee, ICF Certified PCC Coach specializing in Situational Leadership and post-traumatic growth; 25-Year Energy Industry talent manager, will serve as Coach for the program.

Each of the 10 every-other-week 120-minute Zoom sessions are highly participatory in a collaborative setting. "Signing Up" means committing to attending each session for five months.
